Products I Can't Live Without | Highlighters

Here is my list of highlighters that I love, all from the high street and therefore all within everyone's budget.

highlighters, no.7, make up revolution, MUA, make up, beauty

MUA

I have loved this highlighter for about 4 years now and this must be my 2nd purchase I would bet as it last a long time!

From MUA, and therefore only £3 this highlighter is in the shade Pink Shimmer and is from the Undress Your Skin range.

It is super pretty and looks amazing. It is my go to, and is always in my make up bag as I know I will reach for this over all my others - as you can see I've already hit pan again!

No.7

This one is in a contour set and contains a matte highlighter. It costs £12.50 for the palette and includes a matte contour colour too and is in the shade medium/dark.

This is great for when I'm out and about as it comes with a mirror and a contour shade I can use if required.

I have also used the highlighter for eyeshadow when I've been in a pinch.

Make Up Revolution

I've only had this since I received it in my Advent Calendar December just gone. I love the colour although I tend to only use this when I have a tan due to the shade.

I feel like it is too gold for my skin without one as I am basically transparent, but I know that it looks beaut when I have a bit of colour so I intend to pack this for holidays this year.

Costing only £3 it is super cheap too!

Make Up Revolution Advent Calendar

So after making Jack feel guilty that I had brought him the advent calendar he wanted (Lego Star Wars) he picked up the Make Up Revolution Advent Calendar.

I have used quite a few different products from their range and have always liked them, in fact one of their highlighters is my favourite ever and is constantly a staple in my make up bag.

The calendar went all the way up to Christmas Day which I was really impressed with as a lot of calendars now either go to Christmas Eve or they do twelve days of Christmas.

Most of them, you could quite easily make out what they were from the size of their perforated sections, but it was still exciting knowing that I was getting a new make up product or brush each day.

The brushes are mini's but are super soft, and have a lovely pale pink handle with rose gold detailing. Within the calendar there were four brushes in total. The brush itself is white with pink dipped tips.

I also got six lipsticks, in a gorgeous coral, stunning pink, two fabulous nudes, a typical pillar box red and a sultry plum.

I also received a liquid eye primer, which I'm excited to try out, as well as a matte bronzer.

There were also two lip glosses, which I don't really wear anymore, but I will give them a go and if I don't get on with them, will give them to my cousin as she loves make up.

There were also two strobe beams, which I hadn't heard of previously but look super sparkly and I think they will look amazing.

Next up were the amazing highlighters, and transparent powder. There is also a liquid highlighter which I'm excited to try as the only liquid highlighter I have found that I like is the Benefit High Beam.

There was also a transparent powder, which for someone who can get a shiny forehead, is a god send. Also a cute little cosmetic mirror that I can pop into my make up bag, which is great as I always lose mine!

Christmas Day was the biggest and best, as you would hope. The Revoholic Eyes eyeshadow palette, which has beautiful brown and nude colours in both matte and shimmers, can't wait to try this out!

I will continue to review the products and do another post in a month or so on how I like the products to give me time to test them out properly.

Much Love,

TK
