Soap & Glory Giveaway!

As you may or may not know, I am a massive fan of Soap and Glory products, both the make up and the body care.

So, as it is my birthday today I have decided to do a giveaway on here.

Once I have reached 300 followers on my Twitter page, and 500 on my Instagram.

I would do it before, but I'm a bit anal when it comes to numbers, they have to be odd numbers, or at least the first number does.

So, I am asking you to please share away, like my pages, share with your friends, and a Soap and Glory basket will be winging it's way to the followers on both Twitter and Instagram that help me hit the magic numbers!

(Probably with some yummy chocolates in it too...just fyi)

I really enjoy blogging, it helps me feel more settled in life, and I know its not all about the followers, but at the same time, it would be nice knowing that more people are reading my material.

Slimming World Week One

If you follow me on Instagram (and if you don't, what have you been doing with your life?! Links to the right.)
You may have seen that I have embarked yet again on my weightless journey.

Next week I turn 29 and I realised that I need to get this sorted once and for all!

Me and my mum went to our local group last week and couldn't have felt more welcome. It's always nerve-wracking walking into a group of people you've never met before, especially when you are going to lose weight.

Tonight was our First weigh in and I'm super chuffed as I managed to lose 7 lbs in one week! Half a stone!

At each half a stone you receive a sticker and a certificate which really helps as it makes you feel super special.

Week Two will be a bit more difficult as it's my birthday, but I'm ready, come at me!

Are any of you on Slimming World or something similar? Any good tips and tricks?

Amazon Haul

I decided to do a little bit of shopping on Amazon over the weekend, just to get a few bits.

Now, I know I'm really old... as I've been told many times at work today once receiving my purchases!

First up, I ordered a Label Maker and some tape for it. It is a Dymo Junior one, and the tape I have is white on black.

I use my old Birchbox's to store a lot of my make up and never know what is in what, meaning I spent ages trying to find what I need.

So first port of call will be to label all of these.

It comes with one roll of tape within it and I also purchased three more as I knew once I started I wouldn't want to stop!

We are also moving soon so it will be handy to label boxes to know where things have to go.

Next up is a Wrapping Paper organiser... I know, I know...

I am a little bit Monica and have ribbons, bows, tissue paper the lot! I wanted somewhere to put it all along with my wrapping paper and this is perfect!

Lastly, I picked up these magnetic false lashes. Having heard both good and bad things about them I decided to pick some up to have a go.

It's my birthday party on Saturday so I will try them out then and let you know how I get on!
