Slimming World Week One

You may have seen that I have embarked yet again on my weightless journey.

Next week I turn 29 and I realised that I need to get this sorted once and for all!

Me and my mum went to our local group last week and couldn't have felt more welcome. It's always nerve-wracking walking into a group of people you've never met before, especially when you are going to lose weight.

Tonight was our First weigh in and I'm super chuffed as I managed to lose 7 lbs in one week! Half a stone!

At each half a stone you receive a sticker and a certificate which really helps as it makes you feel super special.

Week Two will be a bit more difficult as it's my birthday, but I'm ready, come at me!
