NCIS Monday...

Hey guys,

So last night I ended up in hospital with kidney pain... Massive boo!

However, it meant today was spent being a massive geek.

I have a big love for NCIS, which is an American tv series about the Naval Criminal Investigative Services.
They solve murders, and general crimes that involve navy personnel in some way.

It is an amazing series. It has everything you could want in a tv show, and for someone who doesn't watch much tv, that's all I need!

It probably doesn't help that I have a (slightly unhealthy...) crush on the team leader Mark Harmon who plays Gibbs. He is an older gentlemen, but there is something about him... I am aware this a strange crush but he definitely falls into the same category as Phillip Schoefield does!

Here is his team:

Ok... So big NCIS fans will also know that there is an LA version...

I had tried watching this a few times over the last couple of years and really struggled to get into it...

However, in the last few months, as virgin don't show the new season of the original I have been finding myself watching the LA version, and I have to say I am now hooked!

I am not saying I like it or enjoy it more than Gibbs, however, I have been recording it to make sure I don't miss one! (Gibbs don't hate me!!!)

I just wondered if anyone else has an unhealthy obsession for any TV shows like I do?!

Comment below as I would love to hear about and discuss some other shows.

Fireworks! :)

I was very lucky this year, and was invited to two firework evenings.

The first was a family one which I didn't get any pictures of as the weather was horrendous!

The second, was at my mums office. We had a BBQ that was lush and I managed to get a few pics!

They aren't great pictures unfortunately... But better than nothing. I love fireworks and missed not having bonfire night last year when I was in Oz.
Below is my firework night look.

See you soon guys!

Halloweeeeen!

Halloween in England isn't as big as the States, but we do our best!

I work at a nightclub in my home town and this year, I have to say that all the bar staff went all out.

This year we had two Halloween parties, one on Saturday 26th and the second on Halloween itself.

We spent the Friday evening decorating the club which was a good laugh.

Dressing up took a bit longer! Who knew that Vampires took so long to get ready!

We weren't going to get contacts but I'm so glad we did because they definitely made the outfit.

Our fangs wouldn't stay in so we did have to get rid of them unfortunately!

The second night, actual Hallows Eve, I had 10 minutes to do something with my face! This was the result...

Hope you like my Halloween looks, let me see yours!
